US Indian dance influencers The Shah Twins performed an eye-catching robot dance at Tia Bhatia’s engagement.
The Toronto-based actress recently got engaged to her boyfriend Harkirat Aulakh in an elegant ceremony.
Her event went viral due to the robot dance sequence performed by Poonam and Priyanka, better known as The Shah Twins.
The sisters danced to the romantic number ‘Meri Mehbooba’ from the Shah Rukh Khan film Pardes.
The clip shows Poonam and Priyanka dressed in beautiful pink and yellow lehengas dancing in the open air to a cheering crowd.
Standing side-by-side, they body popped and put their own twist on the robot dance, which perfectly complimented the song.
Choreographed by The Shah Twins, their performance was applauded by the guests.
Their dance went viral and one post captioned the clip:
“Check out the most beautiful dance performance by these gorgeous ladies at an engagement ceremony.
“They performed for Tia Bhatia and Harkirat Aulakh’s engagement.”
Fans commented on the video and many called it an epic choreography.

Poonam and Priyanka constantly share their performances on social media, showcasing a variety of dance styles.
Before achieving fame, the twins revealed they would spend hours in their home practising dance routines.
They would infuse Bharatnatyam and Bollywood mixed with a touch of hip-hop, in what they refer to as ‘Bfusion’.
Their performance to ‘Ramta Jogi’ from the film Taal went viral on YouTube.
The Shah Twins have also been recognised for their exercise videos.

Poonam and Priyanka said that creating content and being successful was an unpredictable means.
Priyanka said:
“Our main purpose is to inspire people to come up with something creative and to really express themselves in a unique way.”
The girls admitted that they began content creation to highlight South Asian music by adding their own take on it.
They went on to say that they did not think they would receive much recognition from their videos.
The twins only realised their success when they saw that Chris Brown had shared one of their videos.
Poonam and Priyanka are immensely popular on Instagram, boasting over 215,000 followers. They also have 354,000 YouTube subscribers.
