After Sidhu Moose Wala’s untimely demise, his team urged all music labels and producers to hand over his unfinished and unreleased songs to the family.

The team mentioned that it will be his father’s call to decide on what to do with his songs.

And now, after almost a month after Sidhu Moose Wala’s death, the first song from his unreleased track list is to be released on June 23, 2022.

Titled ‘SYL’, the song will be coming out on Sidhu Moose Wala’s own YouTube channel at 6 pm.

The information was shared by Sidhu Moose Wala’s team on his social media handle.

They shared the poster of the song on June 22, 2022, and wrote: “SYL RELEASING TOMORROW 6 PM IST ONLY ON SIDHU MOOSE WALA OFFICIAL YOUTUBE CHANNEL.”

The song is written, sung, and composed by Sidhu Moose Wala himself.

As soon as the post came out, netizens started pouring in their love in the comment section.

One user wrote: “Can’t wait, legends never die.”

Another added: “We will support you forever, love you, miss you always.”

Sidhu was shot dead on May 29, 2022, in the Mansa district of Punjab. An investigation into his death is ongoing.

Tributes have been paid to the singer and in Vancouver, Diljit Dosanjh dedicated his concert to Sidhu.

As part of his ‘Born to Shine’ tour, Diljit Dosanjh sang a few special tracks in memory of Sidhu.

The phrase ‘This Show Is Dedicated To Our Brothers’ lit up the stage on a screen.

During his tribute, Diljit addressed how people are trying to pull down those who find fame, whether it is in the online world or the real one.

He also sang about that emotional moment when Sidhu’s father took off his turban during his son’s funeral, saying:

“I have immense respect for you and your turban.”

Diljit also urged the Punjabi community to stick together as many are trying to break it up.

Alongside Diljit, Drake also paid tribute to the Punjabi singer and played two songs by Sidhu Moose Wala on his new radio show called Table for One.

The rapper paid a tribute to the late Punjabi singer-rapper by playing his songs ‘295’ and ‘G-S***’.

Drake also followed Sidhu Moose Wala on Instagram.

Sidhu Moose Wala was also paid a tribute at Times Square, New York, where a few billboards played parts of his music videos.

The clip also showed people stopping by and watching the videos, as some fans even imitated his trademark step of slapping his thigh.

People clicked photos of the massive billboards and in front of it, a clip also displayed a photograph of Sidhu with his mother.
