“You are old now, have some shame.”
Shaista Lodhi has once again made headlines after appearing on the talk show Hadh Kardi, hosted by Momin Saqib.
During the show, she began dancing while host Momin Saqib joined her on stage, miming to the song.
Many argued that Shaista was not really dancing, she was merely grooving to the song ‘Disco Deewane’ by the late Nazia Hassan and was only shuffling her feet from left to right.
However, many viewers argued that the actress and former morning show host should be ashamed of herself and behave accordingly on television.
One angry fan wrote: “Who told this grandma to dance?”
Another wrote: “You are old now, have some shame.”
One angry viewer called for such talk shows to be banned.
Alongside Shaista, Momin was also criticised for his behaviour.
One person raised a point and said that Momin should know the meaning of his name before he behaved in such a way.
