"Ranbir Kapoor when he is older."
Shahzad Nawaz has been branded the Pakistani Ranbir Kapoor after his recent look went viral.
The comparison between the two surfaced with the unveiling of a teaser for Shahzad’s upcoming drama, Akhara, on Green TV.
As audiences saw the teaser, a collective surprise rippled through them.
The resemblance between Shahzad Nawaz and Ranbir Kapoor triggered a flood of comments.
Some observers associated Shahzad’s appearance with that of Ranbir’s character in the film Animal.
One said: “For a second there, I actually thought it was Ranbir Kapoor.”.
Another said: “I thought this was Animal 2!”
One of the users remarked: “Ranbir Kapoor when he is older.”
Another said: “He looks like Ranbir Kapoor more than Ranbir Kapoor himself.”
One commented: “He does have a touch of Ranbir in him, I can see it.”
However, the opinions diverged as not everyone pitched into the comparison.
Ardent defenders of Shahzad Nawaz emerged, attributing qualities to him that, in their view, surpassed those of Ranbir Kapoor.
One of them said: “Oh please, do not compare him with Ranbir Kapoor. He is way more elegant, handsome, and charming than him.”
Others delved deeper into Shahzad’s persona, praising his demeanour. Their comparison was more than the physical realm.

They criticised Ranbir Kapoor’s communication style as well.
One of them stated: “He is much better and more seasoned, with more class.”
Another said: “He is way classier; Ranbir talks like a road-sider in front of him.”
The dialogue widened to include societal reflections, with certain comments urging an end to the infatuation with foreign stars.
They emphasised the desire to embrace local talent.
One user complained: “I really hate when we compare our classy celebrities with theirs… can we stop being obsessed with their stars please?”
Another person pleaded:
“No comparison between them, please. Shahzad Nawaz is much more mature and decent.”
Many comments exhibited their disinterest in the comparison. They concluded the argument with their straightforward dismissal.
One of them said: “We are not interested in Ranbir Kapoor.”
Another said: “Why are we still talking about Bollywood celebrities and movies after what they did?”
The argument showed a diverse array of viewpoints. Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of Akhara to see more of Shahzad Nawaz’s new look.
