Discussion around Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda’s rumoured wedding has intensified after an invite went viral.
Although neither actor has addressed their relationship, reports have said the pair got engaged in October 2025 and are set to marry in February 2026.
Those rumours have gained more traction after their alleged wedding invite circulated online.
According to the alleged invite, the wedding will happen on February 26, 2026, in a “small and intimate ceremony”.
It read: “I’m writing to share some special news and to invite you to be part of a huge moment in our lives.
“With the love and blessings of our families, Rashmika and I will be getting married on 26.02.26 in a small and intimate ceremony.
“As we begin this new chapter, celebrating and creating memories around our union, it would truly mean a lot to us to celebrate with those who have been a part of our journeys.
“Your presence and blessings would make this occasion even more special for us.”
The invite also claimed a grand reception will take place on March 4 in Hyderabad.
It continued: “We warmly invite you to join us and bless us at our Wedding Reception. Wednesday, 04 March, 2026, 7:00 pm onwards, Taj Krishna, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
“We look forward to celebrating together. Warm regards, Vijay (on behalf of Rashmika and myself).”
Although the invite has sparked huge buzz among fans, neither actor has confirmed its authenticity.
Additionally, a source told India Today that the wedding will be an extremely private affair.
The source claimed: “It’s a very small guest list. No phones will be allowed. Even the team capturing the wedding has signed NDAs (Non-disclosure agreement).”
It was also claimed that no industry colleagues will be at the wedding, only family members and close friends.
According to the source, two pre-wedding rituals have already taken place separately. One was hosted by Rashmika’s maternal relatives at her home, while another was organised by Vijay’s family.
Further reflecting their understated approach, the couple have personally written handwritten notes to friends. They have reportedly asked only for blessings and requested no gifts.
The source added: “Both Vijay and Rashmika have taken a month off after the wedding.”
Rashmika and Vijay have often been spotted together at events, however, they have neither confirmed nor denied dating rumours.
There have been hints at a relationship and Rashmika previously addressed the wedding rumours:
“I wouldn’t like to confirm or deny the marriage. I will just say when it’s to be spoken about, we shall.”
