Ranvir Singh appeared to hint at issues in her relationship as she confessed that “it’s a tricky subject”.
The presenter has been hosting ITV’s Lorraine, standing in for regular host Lorraine Kelly.
But the conversation about her personal life came when Ranvir asked competitions segment frontman Andi Peters if he had brought back any “gifts” for the team.
Andi replied: “I did promise you, but what do all men do? Break our promises.
“Isn’t that right lads?”
The camera crew could be heard laughing off-screen.
Ranvir then hinted: “It’s a touchy subject actually.
“Moving on.”
But she immediately burst out laughing, suggesting her comments might have been insincere.
Andi said: “Oh!” before producing a punnet of fresh strawberries that he had hidden below the desk.
He added: “I did get them, I did get them – here they are!”
Ranvir Singh has been in a relationship with Louis Church since meeting him on Strictly Come Dancing in 2020.
The pair went public with their relationship in 2021 when they attended Capital FM’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard at London’s O2 Arena.
However, their relationship was met with trolling, with some pointing out that Ranvir is 18 years older than Louis.
Dismissing the age gap and the trolls, Ranvir said: “Is there an age difference?
“We don’t ever joke about the age difference.
“Actually, age is no guarantee of someone being wonderful to you. There are complete gits who are exactly the same age as you.
“Age can define life experience, but that is only valuable if you’ve learned from it – it doesn’t always mean you’ve got your life figured out.
“You can find a 50-year-old man who will have no idea about how to be a good partner. So being 27 is not reflective of that.
“When I was 27, I was probably a lot more immature than Louis is.”
“There are things that he is better at than I am in terms of just being a good human being.
“And I’m learning from him. So to me, it’s a complete joy.”
Although it is not known if there is relationship trouble between Ranvir and Louis, the presenter previously revealed his “annoying” habit.
She explained: “I try to talk myself back to sleep but it doesn’t always work. I get up, make a decaf tea and start chopping an onion for a daal for lunch.
“Louis is terrible. He always hits snooze every ten minutes – it drives me mad!”
