Rajab Butt’s Bail Extended in Death Threat Case

The interim bail of social media personality Rajab Butt and two others has been extended by the court.

Rajab Butt, Haider Ali and Mann Dogar are currently involved in a case alleging death threats to TikToker Umar Butt.

The court directed the police to submit a report on the case at the next hearing, scheduled for March 24, 2025.

During the session on March 12, 2025, Additional Sessions Judge Abid Ali presided over the hearing.

Rajab, Haider and Mann were present in court.

Their defence lawyer, Junaid Khan, argued that his clients had already cooperated with the investigation and requested the court to confirm their bail.

The case stems from an incident in February 2025 when Rajab Butt and seven others were accused of threatening Umar Butt.

According to the complaint, the trio allegedly arrived at Umar Butt’s house in the early morning.

Umar alleged that they had brought armed individuals with him.

Umar filed a legal complaint, stating that Mann Dogar used abusive language and issued threats during a TikTok live session.

Calling it an attack on his dignity, he demanded action against Rajab Butt and his associates.

Law enforcement confirmed that an official case has been registered and that legal proceedings are ongoing.

The conflict reportedly began during a TikTok live session, where Umar Butt and Rajab Butt’s associate, Mann Dogar, engaged in a heated argument.

Spectators claimed that Umar Butt used foul language directed at Rajab Butt’s mother and sister, escalating tensions between both parties.

In response, Rajab Butt defended his family and criticised Umar Butt and his brother, Ali Butt.

He also suggested that their behaviour had negatively impacted the reputations of several women.

He also warned them against targeting his family, threatening to expose personal secrets if the dispute continued.

Rajab Butt, known for his family vlogs, has faced multiple legal troubles, including a separate case in Karachi.

His social media presence has been marked by controversies, and this latest case has further intensified scrutiny.

Previously, he was involved in a feud with Ducky Bhai and Nadeem Naniwala.

With the court extending Rajab Butt’s interim bail, the police are now required to present their findings in the next hearing.
