The image shows Priyanka, who is around 14, smiling at the camera while seated at her desk with a pen and notebook.
She is seen wearing a black tank top layered with a white striped shirt in a candid, fresh-faced moment from her early teens.
The caption read: “Did y’all remember Priyanka Chopra started freshman year with us?”
The post quickly gained traction online as former schoolmates reacted.
One comment attracted particular attention as a user claiming to be her former boyfriend posted a comment.
Claiming that Priyanka’s necklace in the picture was a gift from him, the man wrote:
“We dated until she moved to Boston. She lived in Presidential Estates. Those were the days.
“That’s actually my necklace in the picture.”
The comment prompted speculation that this is Priyanka’s ex-boyfriend ‘Bob’, whom she mentioned in her book Unfinished.
Another classmate added: “I do remember her. Man, I feel old!”

Priyanka was born in Bareilly and spent several years in the United States while growing up.
She lived in Indiana during her high school years before returning to India. Her time in the United States helped shape her early experiences as a student and teenager navigating a new culture.
Priyanka has previously spoken about her life as a high school student in Indiana and her early interest in basketball.
While discussing the Indiana Pacers’ trip to India in 2019, she said:
“I went to high school in Indiana. I was at North Central High School in Indianapolis. So, I mean, I have to love the Pacers, right?”
After completing her school education, Priyanka returned to India and began modelling at 17.
The following year, she won first runner-up at Miss India before being crowned Miss World.
A film career followed three years later. She eventually earned a National Award and became one of the first major Indian stars to headline major Hollywood projects.
Priyanka Chopra will make her much-anticipated return to Indian cinema in SS Rajamouli’s large-scale epic Varanasi.
Portraying Mandakini, the film also stars Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran.
Varanasi is scheduled to release in 2027.
