“Confidence is your ultimate form of beauty."
Actress Priyanka Chopra has recently revealed some of her health and beauty rituals as well as regrets.
In an interview with British Vogue, Priyanka spoke about her morning and night-time routines.
She also shared some of her preferred forms of exercise, as well as some of her own personal tips and tricks for healthy living.
Priyanka Chopra first revealed that she always begins her day by drinking water from a copper glass.
According to her, copper has a range of health benefits.
Speaking to British Vogue, Priyanka said:
“The good qualities of copper seep into the water – it’s good for the immune system, bones and nerves.”
Priyanka Chopra also said that she meditates while working to boost her creativity.
She said: “Whenever I’m being creative, I feel meditative.”
However, when she wants a more vigorous and heart-pumping exercise, Priyanka prefers swimming over a fitness class.
The actress revealed she does 15-20 laps, saying: “It boosts my mood and I feel super energetic and ready to go.”
Speaking about her beauty preferences, Priyanka Chopra admitted that she does not like to wear a lot of makeup. To her, it is her biggest beauty regret.
She said: “Well there was a time in my life when I thought more was more – and that’s a regret!
“You know, a lip, eyeshadow, mascara, blush – all the things – big hair, big clothes.”
With this in mind, wearing little makeup and cleaning her skin properly are two rituals Priyanka swears by.
According to her, a good skincare routine is the key to permanently good skin. She said:
“If you have good skin – a good base – you can wear as much or as little makeup as you want.
“Your skin is the foundation to being able to express yourself through makeup.”
Speaking of her favourite makeup products, Priyanka chooses Max Factor’s Facefinity All Day Flawless Foundation.
She says that, as a 3-in-1 primer, concealer and liquid foundation, the product is perfect for her busy lifestyle.
Sticking with Max Factor, Priyanka also likes to use their Divine Lashes Mascara for her evening look.
However, the actress said the best beauty tip she has ever been given is from her mother – confidence.
“Confidence is your ultimate form of beauty.
“You can have the most glamorous clothes, hair, or make-up but if you aren’t confident in it you won’t radiate that energy.”
