Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra recently unveiled her new talk showMom Talks, at a major Mumbai event.

The actress who recently became a mother herself introduced the trailer while discussing the new digital series with reporters.

The show aims to address various pregnancy misconceptions and common social stigmas that many women face in India today.

The trailer was dropped on the social media handle of Zee5 with a very creative and interesting digital caption.

The caption read: “Every mom has her own rhythm, her own story, and we’re bringing it together with Mom Talks.

The show features several celebrity couples from television and Bollywood joining the couch to discuss various pregnancy-related topics.

Stars like Vikrant Massey, with his wife Sheetal Thakur, will appear to share their own personal experiences with viewers.

While announcing the project, the actress showered praise on her husband, Raghav Chadha, for his support during her pregnancy.

She said: “I credit this entirely to my husband, Raghav and our family.

“I never felt like I was the solo mother, the only one responsible for my baby.”

The actress also extended her gratitude to her in-laws for making her feel that the baby was theirs.

She explained: “I always felt like my baby was the entire family’s.”

However, the actress also addressed the painful reality of mothers who must navigate the difficult journey of motherhood alone.

She mentioned that many women lack support from their husbands or families, which often leads to feelings of deep loneliness.

The actress shared: “I used to feel very hurt when I would hear moms tell stories of loneliness, doing it all alone, no family support.

“I used to feel so bad. I used to be like, I wish this experience would not be the case with every mother.

“The more I was talking to people, the more I felt this is happening in every home.”

“Moms are not getting the support that some mothers get. So when this show came to me, it was exactly the perfect platform.”

The show will air on the Zee5 streaming service as well as the specialised Bullet Microdrama App very soon.

Parineeti believes that this specific platform will help to change the world by showcasing many different styles of parenthood.

She teased: “I said, this is where we’re going to change the world. We’re going to show people how parenthood can be of different styles.”

The actress lauded her husband, Raghav Chadha, for raising a call for paternity leave in the national parliament recently.

This project marks a significant step for the actress as she balances her acting career with her new motherhood.

Fans are eagerly waiting to see the candid conversations that will take place between these popular Bollywood and television stars.
