Following her FIFA Fan Festival 2022 event, Nora Fatehi was seen in a viral video chanting Jai Hind and waving the Indian flag on stage.

When Nora asked, “Can I hear Jai Hind”, the audience applauded “Jai Hind” in response.

Addressing the audience, Nora went into more detail:

“India is not a part of the FIFA World Cup… but we are now, in spirit. Through our music, through our dance.”

Fans from India were won over by Nora Fatehi online for showing appreciation for the country on the world stage.

The ‘Dilbar’ star recently shared a video on Instagram reacting to hearing her song playing at a World Cup game.

Nora Fatehi captioned the post:

“That moment when u hear ur voice at the world cup stadium @fifaworldcup this was so surreal!

“It’s milestones like this make the journey so worth it.

“I always envisioned moments like this, I’m just a dreamer with a hunger to make those dreams come alive!

“From a regular shmagular girl in the hood to this!”

Nora told her followers to be strong and firm in their power to achieve whatever they put their mind to:

On October 7, 2022, YouTube hosted the world debut of the official anthem for the Qatar World Cup, which featured Nora Fatehi.

The Qatar World Cup anthem, ‘Light The Sky’, was created by RedOne, the label with which Shakira had previously worked on songs ‘Waka Waka’ and ‘La La La’.

For the song, Nora Fatehi collaborated with Rahma Mezher and Balqees Ahmed Fathi.
