"You can clearly see wrinkles on his face."
Shah Rukh Khan has been a prominent Bollywood figure since the early 1990s.
With a life in the spotlight spanning over 30 years, SRK has always been under the scrutiny of the media and fans.
A netizen recently posted a tweet on X which took a dig at the actor’s looks.
In the post, they also compared Shah Rukh Khan to his contemporary, Salman Khan.
Posting photos of both superstars together, they wrote: “I saw the latest photo of Salman and Shah Rukh.
“Both are 59 years old, but while Salman Khan looks like a 35-year-old young man with a special glow on his face, Shah Rukh, on the other hand, looks like an 85-year-old elder.
“You can clearly see wrinkles on his face.”
The tweet attracted mixed reactions from users.
One user supported the tweet but highlighted the support of AI to enhance aesthetics.
The comment read: “What difference does it make? They have technology to make them look young and dashing onscreen.
“AI will be another power tool for them to stay in the business for many years to come.”
However, the majority of users criticised the tweet for shaming Shah Rukh Khan.
One user said: “Let me educate you on the looks.
“The reason Salman has the glow and looks younger according to you is that he has a lot of body fat while SRK is in good shape, lean, and healthy.
“I would rather be like SRK in good shape and healthy than be overweight like Salman.”
Another added: “Salman did botox, plastic surgery, and hair transplants many times.
“Meanwhile, SRK still maintains his natural look.
“But still looks far better and stylish than [Salman].”
A third person wrote: “You people are immature as hell. Both are 59 and both LOOK 59.
“Welcome to reality. Salman does not look a day less than in his 50s and the same with SRK.”

Salman Khan and SRK are known for their friendship off-screen but have witnessed a few unfortunate incidents in their relationship.
They have starred together in several films including Karan Arjun (1995), Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), and Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam (2002).
However, in 2008, the pair famously clashed at Katrina Kaif’s birthday party.
During an appearance on Koffee With Karan in 2013, Salman said: “I’ve really loved [Shah Rukh].
“So when people think they come and bitch about him and say s**t about him and earn brownie points from me, they are very wrong, because I hate that.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh Khan will next be seen in King.
