"I’m a big girl in a small-minded society."

Mathira has responded to a fresh wave of trolling after her recent runway appearance sparked harsh commentary across social media.

She walked the ramp at a wedding-themed fashion showcase where she wore a silk outfit created for festive ceremonies.

The video spread quickly but became an easy target for mockery, with some trolls comparing her walk to a “horse and cattle show.”

She reposted the viral ramp video on her Instagram Story and told critics: “I’ve seen several people talk about my body.

“I’m happy being healthy. I was invited to showstopper. I didn’t do anything wrong.

“But sick mentally ill pages like this talk shit.”

Mathira reminded followers that she has been dealing with private health struggles and said:

“I’ve had a knee operation, my thyroid issues have been a mess, and this is how people act?”

She ended her message with complete confidence as she declared: “I will walk like I rule. This world is for me.

“I can happily say I’m a big girl in a small-minded society.”

After her ramp walk went viral, many fat-shamed her and questioned why she looked heavier on the runway.

A user said: “That’s not a catwalk, that’s a cow walk.”

Another commented: “Average Pakistani auntie at a desi wedding.”

Some people believed her dress, accessories and hairstyle looked mismatched.

They argued that the combination failed to create a polished fashion moment.

Others also added that she looked unattractive without the heavy filters she usually applies on social media.

They claimed her natural appearance shocked them on the ramp.

One said: “She looks so ugly here. I don’t know what’s so special about her?”

Another remarked: “Remove the filters and the studio lights and she is nothing.”

Some expressed that the outfit simply did not suit her body shape and said the design worked against her rather than enhancing her presence.

Several viewers felt her walk appeared unusual for a professional runway and insisted that her posture lacked finesse.

Others mentioned that she looked uncomfortable in fully covered attire since she is usually seen in bold and expressive clothing choices.

Some comments crossed the line, attacking her with vulgar slurs.

One said: “She looks like a Pakistani hooker.”

Another commented: “Such women can be found on the side of roads, chanting their rates per night.”

Despite the negativity, many fans defended her by stating that she had every right to present herself however she wished.

Others believed she naturally carries western fashion more comfortably and felt she may have struggled to move freely in traditional attire.

Her supporters praised her directness and said they admired her resilience, especially since she openly acknowledged her health challenges.

Mathira has long been known for her bold personality, her willingness to take risks and her openness about her personal journey as a single mother.
