Mansha Pasha opened up about her private life and revealed that she struck up an online romance with her husband Jibran Nasir.
On the FWhy Podcast, Mansha explained that she met Jibran online and their friendship slowly developed into romance.
She recalled: “We were already friends online, and then we met through mutual friends.
“We started as just being friends but then very soon after that from both our sides, there was a mutual liking.
“But you know, I had gotten out of a difficult relationship so we didn’t want to jump into it. We wanted to see how we are together.”
Mansha also delved into her introduction to acting.
She shared that she had started off as a line producer and then she began to accept small acting roles, which slowly built her profile and began getting offers for bigger roles.
Mansha highlighted her battle with mental health after her first marriage broke down, and admitted it took her several years to heal from the trauma.
In a previous Q&A session, Mansha had shared her thoughts about mental abuse and said it was okay to ask for help.
“I would say emotional, physical or mental abuse is wrong, and you wouldn’t want to spend your life with someone like that. Your future self will thank you for leaving.”
In June 2023, Jibran was kidnapped and Mansha took to social media in an attempt to ask for help in having her husband released.
She said: “Around half an hour ago, my husband Jibran Nasir, who is a renowned lawyer and has done so much for the country, was abducted by some people.
“We were returning home from dinner when a big white car intercepted us almost causing us to crash.
“There were some 15 people, armed with pistols. They forcefully took away my husband.”
Jibran was later released but it was not revealed who had abducted him or if there were any conditions following his release.
