"It will become a big disaster"

Kamaal R Khan (KRK) took to Twitter to aim a jibe at Aamir Khan and his upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha.

The film has received a lot of attention, both positive and negative, with much of the criticism aimed at the fact that it is a remake of the Hollywood classic Forrest Gump.

KRK has been mocking the film, referring to it as ‘Laal Singh Buddha’.

He has now claimed that Laal Singh Chaddha will be a disaster when it releases.

KRK tweeted: “I am getting so many negative comments about #LaalSinghBuddha every day.

“So I believe that Aamir Khan should not release the film.

“It will become a big disaster and Aamir’s career will be finished.”

Some Twitter users agreed, but many fired back at KRK, stating that the film will be a success at the box office.

One said: “He has created his own audience in China with Dangal. He will release it in China.”

Others believed that Aamir Khan’s name is enough to make the film a success at the box office.

Some told KRK not to make such comments when the film is not out yet.

One user mocked KRK, writing:

“That’s why you should release your movie’s sequel Desh Drohi 2 to create havoc at the box office.”

Another said: “Mr Perfectionist’s career is going to end?

“A kind of career which never ever had started in your case. Imagine if I have time to read your tweet, why wouldn’t I have time to watch Laal Singh Chaddha.

“You failed as an actor and as a critic as well. I feel pity for you.”

KRK had previously posted a poll between Raksha Bandhan and Laal Singh Chaddha, asking users which film they will watch.

Both films are set to release on August 11, 2022.

The poll revealed a slight preference for Raksha Bandhan while 25.9% said they would watch neither.

KRK believed that Raksha Bandhan would have a more successful opening.

He had said: “Survey result – At this time 50% people want to watch each film.

“But I believe Raksha Bandhan will lead before the release.”
