Kareena Kapoor Khan took to Instagram to flaunt her baby bump while also promoting fitness.
The Bollywood actress is expecting her second child with Saif Ali Khan.
She showed off her baby bump and revealed that she has been keeping fit through yoga.
Kareena shared a glimpse of a yoga session whilst wearing athleisure attire from her Puma x Kareena collection. She wore a pink sports bra and leggings along with a matching jacket.
She captioned the post: “A little bit of yoga. A little bit of calm.”
The comments filled up with praise for the actress’ look. One comment was by filmmaker Rhea Kapoor, who worked with Kareena on the film Veere Di Wedding.
Kareena posted another series of pictures of herself performing yoga stretches. In the photos, she is sporting a black long-sleeved crop top and leggings.
She wrote: “Current Mood: Stretched to the max!”
Kareena is set to give birth in February 2021 and she revealed her secret to looking “glamorous” throughout her pregnancy.
An Instagram follower had asked how she looked so glamorous, Kareena gave a shoutout to Poo, her iconic character from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.
She had replied: “Because I’m P.H.A.T @freddy_birdy… don’t you know?”
P.H.A.T. was in reference to a dialogue from the film and it stands for Pretty Hot and Tempting.
Kareena Kapoor has been active throughout her pregnancy. She has filmed several ad campaigns as well as her chat show What Women Want.
She has also finished filming her upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha, which stars Aamir Khan.
The actress has also moved into her new home.
Kareena will also release her first book. It is a pregnancy memoir which was announced in 2020.
Titled Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Pregnancy Bible, it is set to release sometime in 2021.
The publishers, Juggernaut, said that the book will act as a guide for expecting mothers and help them prepare for the months after birth.
A statement said that it “will describe all the medical aspects of pregnancy with a focus on the mother and her symptoms, and include the actress’ tips on everything from managing morning sickness to pregnancy diet, exercise, wellness and preparing a nursery”.
She had written on Instagram:
“Today is the perfect day to announce my book – Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Pregnancy Bible for all you moms-to-be.
“I’ll talk about everything from morning sickness to diet and fitness and being a mom-on-the-go! I can’t wait for you to read it.”
