Kapil Sharma honours Sidhu Moose Wala during Vancouver Show

Kapil Sharma was performing his show in Vancouver when he paid tribute to the likes of Sidhu Moose Wala and Deep Sidhu.

Kapil Sharma paid tribute to Sidhu Moose Wala during his Vancouver show on June 25, 2022.

The comedian is currently on tour with the entire team from The Kapil Sharma Show.

His show made its way to Canada but it was his performance in Vancouver that got people talking.

During the show, he halts what he is doing to honour the late Sidhu Moose Wala, who was shot dead in Punjab on May 29, 2022.

Kapil begins singing his rendition of Sidhu’s track ‘295’, prompting huge cheers from the crowd.

He continues singing the song while pictures of Sidhu, Deep Sidhu, KK and kabaddi player Sandeep Singh Sandhu were shown on a screen.

Kapil’s performance acted as his way of paying his respects to the four men, all of who passed away in 2022.

Above their pictures were the words: “Tribute to legends.”

Videos of Kapil’s tribute were shared by those in attendance on Twitter and TikTok, with many praising the comedian.

Many thanked Kapil Sharma for honouring the four men.

One person said: “Great bro. Legends never die. Love you Sidhu.”

Another wrote: “Thanks. Miss Sidhu Moose Wala.”

A third commented: “Great salute.”

Others praised Kapil’s singing voice, with one saying:

“He sings well.”

The tour will move on to Toronto where Kapil Sharma will perform on July 3.

It is possible that he has another singing performance as a mark of respect.

As he arrived in Vancouver, Kapil shared a video of himself speaking to a fan at the airport.

In the video, he asked the fan: “How do you know me and my show?”

The fan replied: “I watch your shows on YouTube.”

Kapil then said: “Oh, really?”

Kapil then asked the fan if he knew Hindi. The fan said that he watches the show with English subtitles, adding:

“I was just outside, heard Kapil Sharma is coming so I came rushing inside to see you.”

Kapil was touched by his words and gave his fan a fist bump. The comedian then said:

“Thank you, my friend, you made my day. Thank you. Lots of love.”
