Speculation is mounting around former Pakistani cricketer Imad Wasim’s personal life after a series of social media posts and videos surfaced.
The controversy began when his wife, Sannia Ashfaq, shared an emotional message online while announcing the birth of their son, Zayaan.
Notably, her post made no mention of Imad and carried a message that hinted at emotional distance.
She wrote: “I carried you in my womb for nine months on my own. May Allah give me strength for the journey ahead.”
The statement drew attention as the couple had recently welcomed their third child.
Soon after, online users noticed that Sannia changed her Instagram bio from “Wifey to Imad Wasim” to “Mama to Inaya Imad and Rayan Imad”.
She also removed pictures of the two from her profile, intensifying speculation of a rift between the couple.
Meanwhile, Imad’s account still features their past photos, and both continue to follow each other on the platform.
Amid growing curiosity, a blurry video surfaced online showing Imad with a woman outside a London store.
Although the video lacks clarity and identity confirmation, it quickly went viral.
Soon, netizens linked Imad to influencer and lawyer Nyla Raja, sparking rumours of infidelity.
Nyla addressed the allegations through a public statement, firmly denying any wrongdoing.
She confirmed that she had shared the same moment on her own Instagram earlier.
The influencer wrote: “There’s no secrecy or game here. This was a normal moment taken out of context.”
Nyla added that the meeting included others who were cropped out of the viral footage.
The influencer also urged people to stop spreading baseless claims and dragging her into unrelated personal matters.
She said:
“I understand scrutiny comes with visibility. But I’m also a woman. Please be mindful.”
As of now, Imad Wasim has not issued any formal comment about the rumours.
The 36-year-old retired from international cricket for the second time but remains active in franchise leagues like the PSL.
While no confirmation has come from the couple, public posts and online clues continue fuelling the conversation.
