According to a report by the Mumbai Mirror, the deal was sealed earlier this week.

The apartments are on the Juhu-Versova link road on the 14th, 15th and 16th floors of a building.

Hrithik’s newly purchased apartments offer an unrestricted view of the Arabian Sea.

They are spread across 38,000 sq ft with a 6,500 sq ft open terrace. Hrithik will also have access to ten parking spots and an exclusive lift.

During the coronavirus lockdown, Hrithik Roshan has been regularly sharing pictures of his sea-facing residence on Instagram.

Reportedly, the house is spread across approximately 3,000 sq ft. Originally, the house was a 4 BHK.

Later, it was remodelled by interior designer, Ashiesh Shah into a den with two bedrooms.

On the work front, Hrithik Roshan starred in back-to-back superhits, Super 30 (2019) and War (2019) opposite Tiger Shroff.

The actor, who is also well-known for his role in the Krrish franchise is preparing for the fourth instalment of the franchise.

According to Times Now, Hrithik Roshan explained:

“This franchise is close to our heart, so, when my father wasn’t keeping well, we decided to put it aside for a while.

“Now, he has recovered and is raring to go. So, we have started brainstorming and have begun work on the film.”

It has also been reported that actor Hrithik Roshan will be appearing in Rohit Dhawan’s next film which is yet to be named.
