"they had stolen my phone and saved the videos."
Hareem Shah has broken her silence on the series of leaked videos that have circulated online.
Several private videos purportedly of the Pakistani TikToker have been shared on social media.
One video shows a woman in the bathroom while another shows the same woman brushing her teeth naked whilst in the shower.
A third video features the woman seemingly about to get intimate with a man as she is seen engaging in a lewd act.
As the videos circulated online, many netizens believed it was Hareem Shah.
It led to many making fun of her and asking other social media users to share the videos. Others cruelly posted links to the videos.
Some showed their support for Hareem, urging others not to share the leaked videos.
One said: “I would request everyone to stop sharing leaked pics/videos of Hareem Shah.
“Being a Muslim it’s a matter of utter shame for us sharing/enjoying such private things of someone.
“In the end, just keep in mind that we will answer for all this on the day of judgement.”
Another user said it was “disgraceful” that many were sharing the private videos.
Hareem Shah has now responded to the controversy.

In a video, she confirmed that the woman in the videos is her, adding they were “personal and genuine”.
Hareem went on to say that the videos were leaked by her friends Sandal Khattak and Ayesha Naz, who threatened her several times before leaking the videos.
She said she was close to both women and they had access to her phone when they lived together.
Hareem said: “I filmed these videos myself on my mobile phone a few years ago.
“One of them was filmed in Karachi while another was made in Islamabad. But Sandal and Ayesha were living with me at that time and they had stolen my phone and saved the videos.
“Before my videos went viral, I had received threats from Sandal and Ayesha, saying that they would make my videos viral.”
After the threats were made, Hareem said she approached the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) but she was told that “action cannot be taken until the content is made public”.
Hareem also claimed that her friends leaked the videos to create problems in her marriage.
“They leaked my personal video by stealing them from my phone out of jealous and envy.”
Hareem said that she plans to take action against them soon.
Meanwhile, Hareem’s husband Bilal said:
“Hareem told me that she had filed a complaint to the FIA a year before these videos went viral but the FIA told her to wait till the content is made public.”
Expressing anger at the FIA, Bilal said that he is standing with Hareem and will soon take legal action.
