Bigg Boss (2021) contestant Eijaz Khan has professed his love for fellow contestant Pavitra Punia.
Eijaz Khan, who suddenly left the popular Indian reality show, has also revealed that a comeback might be on the cards.
Due to a prior commitment, Eijaz had to make the tough decision to leave the show, four weeks before its end.
However, during his time on Bigg Boss, millions of viewers had the pleasure of watching his relationship with Pavitra Punia.
Although on the show Eijaz Khan appeared to shun Pavitra’s advances, he has now admitted to his feelings for her.
Speaking to Hindustan Times about his love for Pavitra Punia, Eijaz Khan said:
“There is no better place to realise the reality of a person than the BB house. The whole sham of Pavitra being a tough girl was busted; she is quite soft-hearted.
“In fact, she is the most caring person I know. She has been cooking for me. My fourth call after leaving the house was to her.
“After I left my dad, I have spent the longest time with her since my exit to understand the unsaid.
“A lot of things needed to be addressed, not just about her past, but also what we think of each other.”
Eijaz Khan went on to state that his relationship with Pavitra is not “fake” as some people are assuming it to be. He said:
“We aren’t kids, we are not in the dating game, and we have had our heartbreaks.”
“Let me put it this way, people who think my equation with Pavitra is fake, are fake themselves.”
Eijaz Khan continued to mention that he has even met Pavitra’s brother. He said:
“When I met Pavi, I met her brother, too. He is sweet. I also made my brother meet her. We take each day as it comes. I love her.”
He further added:
“My intention is honest, pure and pavitra, pun intended! We will see where it goes, let us not define or label it.”
However, according to a previous interview with ETimes, Pavitra spoke about her alleged relationship with Eijaz.
She claimed that her feelings for Eijaz were not “fake” or merely put on for the sake of the reality show. Despite this, she stated that her feelings for Eijaz cannot be defined as “love.”
