An unseen BTS clip from Fighter has showcased the sizzling onscreen chemistry between Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan.
Fighter is a fictionalised retelling of a series of military events occurring between India and Pakistan in 2019.
Hrithik starred as Squadron Leader ‘Patty’ Pathania while Deepika played Squadron Leader ‘Minni’.
The film features some romantic moments between the characters but none more so during the song ‘Ishq Jaisa Kuch’ where a swimsuit-clad Deepika romanced Hrithik on the beach.
BTS footage from the song has now gone viral.
It shows a shirtless Hrithik walking along the beach while Deepika puts her arms around him and jumps in the air.
He puts his arms around her and the pair twirl while crew members declare: “Lovely.”
As the shoot continues, their onscreen chemistry is sizzling as they lean in and share a kiss.
Crew members are impressed with Hrithik and Deepika’s performance as they continue to frolic on the beach.
The clip went viral but it left social media users divided.
Some were in awe of their onscreen display while others loved Deepika’s beach look.
After seeing Hrithik and Deepika’s red-hot chemistry, one made fun of her husband Ranveer Singh, writing:
“Ranveer Singh crying in the corner.”
Netizens criticised Deepika’s swimsuit, with many calling it too revealing.
One said: “And they call it a profession and earn money like this.”
Another wrote: “Miss old Bollywood. When women wore clothes.”
A third added:
“What is the use of money when you want to earn by showing a lot.”
One person asked: “What kind of outfit is this?”
Observing the swimsuit’s practicality, a netizen commented:

Fighter came under fire shortly after its release due to a kissing scene between the lead characters.
Meanwhile, on the personal front, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh released the first photo of their baby daughter.
Sharing the photo, they revealed that their newborn is named Dua.
Their post read: “Dua Padukone Singh, ‘Dua’ : meaning a Prayer.
“Because She is the Answer to our Prayers. Our hearts are filled with Love and Gratitude. Deepika and Ranveer.”
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh welcomed their baby girl on September 8, sharing the news in a joint statement on Instagram.
