Dalljiet Kaur took aim at her ex-husband Nikhil Patel’s rumoured girlfriend and blamed her for her divorce.
The TV actress and Nikhil got married in March 2023.
However, in early 2024, they filed for divorce.
But since then, Dalljiet and Nikhil have been levelling allegations against each other.
This included Dalljiet accusing him of cheating on her. In May 2024, she made a public accusation and highlighted the initials “SN”.
Nikhil has since been linked to a woman named Safeena Nazar.
In a recent Instagram Live session, Dalljiet Kaur slammed Safeena.
She stated: “I have two questions in mind. The first is, if he was already happy doing all that he is doing today, why did he marry me?
“Maybe, he would not have gotten this sort of publicity then. Second, people are correct when they say that it is a woman who destroys another woman’s life.
“I am not blaming her, I think I will blame her.
“When there are some problems between husband and wife, what was the need of a third person to step in? It is morally wrong.”
Dalljiet went on to claim that Safeena is married with children but still destroyed her marriage with Nikhil.
She continued:
“You being a married woman, with a husband and two kids, how are you filling the void of someone else’s husband?”
“Why? I will have this question in my heart all my life. I do not think that she needed to do whatever she is doing.
“Who knows what reason they have.”
When a fan asked if she had confronted Safeena, Dalljiet admitted that she hadn’t and explained that she would not know what to say.
She emphasised that as a mother, she is disappointed by the situation but would not let it bring her to tears.
In August 2024, Dalljiet filed an FIR against Nikhil, accusing him of cruelty and criminal breach of trust.
Meanwhile, after the cheating claims, Nikhil sent his ex-wife a legal notice, saying his legal team would take “the sternest legal action available against Dalljiet should she continue with her unlawful actions”.
His team also informed Dalljiet Kaur that she had until the end of June to take any remaining belongings from his Kenya home otherwise they would be donated to charity.
In early August 2024, Nikhil was spotted at Mumbai airport with Safeena.
