Footage captured a roadside altercation between controversial restaurant owner Harman Singh Kapoor and a delivery driver.
The incident reportedly took place on the night of November 6 on Fulham Palace Road, beneath the Hammersmith Flyover in London.
Footage showed Kapoor grabbing the delivery driver and throwing punches.
Meanwhile, stationary motorists looked on while the driver’s moped was on the ground.
The clip cut to two women, believed to be family members, and other witnesses trying to hold Kapoor back.
As the restaurateur shouted, one man is heard saying:
“That’s a kid man, relax.”
Kapoor was later seen entering his car.
Witnesses were heard swearing at Kapoor while other drivers honked their horns.
Kapoor stuck his middle finger out the window before driving off.
It is reported that the moped rider and Kapoor got into a dispute while stationary in their respective vehicles.
The incident turned physical when Kapoor got out of his car.
The video footage has gone viral, with many tagging Met Police to take action against Kapoor.
Harman Singh Kapoor has since taken to X to give his account of what happened, alleging that the driver had made threats.
He wrote: “Last night a delivery driver blocked my car, then abused me and my family, spat on us, made a rape threat to my daughter, and said he knows where she lives.
“An altercation happened after he spat. This happened outside my restaurant.
“Before we called the police, he fled the scene, jumping red lights.”
“We later called the@metpoliceuk, who attended promptly. We learned the scooter he was driving had cloned number plates.”

Although the video has attracted attention, details of any police investigation have not been confirmed.
Harman Singh Kapoor has become a polarising figure for his emphasis that he doesn’t serve halal food and his alleged anti-Muslim sentiments.
In March 2026, he promoted what he described as a “Non-Halal meetup”, encouraging supporters to bring recording equipment to document disturbances.
A confrontation subsequently took place, and Kapoor was detained by police.
He later claimed that he had been unlawfully arrested and detained for nearly 24 hours.
Kapoor was also previously involved in a confrontation where a large group gathered outside his restaurant, which prompted police officers to attend.
