Pakistani actress Ayeza Khan was trolled by some netizens after showing off her grey hair.
The television star shared a short video of her new look in her latest Instagram post.
In it, she appears to be seen sitting filming herself in a mirror as a stylist works on parting and volumising her hair.
Meanwhile, she shares a smile as her transformation is complete.
Khan also added a poem in her caption which read:
This is not a black and white world
To be alive
I say the colours must swirl
And I believe
That maybe today
We will all get to appreciate
The beauty of gray!

However, many netizens were not as excited about the reveal as the Meray Paas Tum Ho actress.
One person commented: “Don’t do this, this does not look good on you, sorry to say.”
Someone else agreed: “Today I realised that not every colour suits you.”
A third said: “She looks like a child’s granny.”
One user added: “It seems that you are going to play some horror character.”
Another wrote: “She’s become a porn star.”
However, others loved Ayeza Khan’s new look.
One wrote: “Wow! You look gorgeous!”
Another agreed: “Okay, so you are a real-life doll.”
One social media user said:
“She looks beautiful in every way.”
It is not yet known whether Ayeza Khan has actually dyed her hair or is wearing a wig in the clip.
She is one of Pakistan’s most well-known actresses but initially began her career as a model while still completing her studies.
Khan then turned her attention to acting and made her debut with a supporting role in the Hum TV comedy show Tum Jo Miley.
She was aged just 18 when she appeared in the 30-episode series, which aired in 2009.
After a series of supporting roles, Khan was cast as the lead actress in the GEO TV romantic drama Tootay Huway Per.
She recently took to Instagram to recreate late Indian actress Sridevi’s iconic ‘Mere Haathon Mein’ dance.
Dressed in pink and orange, Ayeza added the caption:
“Geeti ki shaadi… Are you ready?”
This is a reference to her character Geeti’s upcoming wedding in the Hum TV serial, Laapata, after she got engaged to Shams, portrayed by Ali Rehman Khan.
A scene of Laapata recently divided people across Pakistan and beyond after portraying a husband and wife slapping each other.
Ayeza Khan is the most followed Pakistani celebrity on Instagram with 10 million followers.
