Salman Khan met Hollywood superstar John Travolta at an awards show in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia recently.
A video from the event in which Salman can be seen shaking hands with John and introducing himself was shared by a fan.
In the video, the Bollywood actor can be heard saying:
“I work in the Indian film industry, my name is Salman Khan.”
Later, Salman posed for a picture with John.
The two, who were both dressed in black suits, smiled as they sat next to each other.
In front of them were two small tables with an assortment of snacks and a flower arrangement.
The picture was shared on Twitter by trade analyst Girish Johar.
Fans reacted to the post, with one comment saying: “Two legends.”
Others showered love on Salman Khan.

According to reports, Salman Khan was given the Personality of the Year award, while John was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
The ceremony was organised by Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority.
John Travolta is known for his roles in films such as Carrie, Saturday Night Fever, Grease, Pulp Fiction and Hairspray.
He won a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for his performance in Get Shorty.
Salman Khan, who was last seen on the big screen alongside Aayush Sharma in Antim: The Final Truth, dropped his new music video on January 29, 2022.
He not only featured in it but also sang the song, titled ‘Dance With Me’.
The video featured footage of him dancing with Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and his family.
Salman will next be seen in the third instalment of the popular Tiger franchise, directed by Maneesh Sharma.
He will reprise his role as RAW agent Avinash Singh Rathore aka Tiger, while Katrina Kaif will return as Zoya.
The film, which will be directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Yash Raj Films, reportedly features Emraan Hashmi as the antagonist.
In other news, Bigg Boss 15 recently crowned Tejasswi Prakash as the winner of its latest season.
Salman Khan, who has hosted the reality show since 2010, was asked by Deepika Padukone if he will return to the show for its next season.
Salman replied: “If the fee doesn’t increase, I won’t do it.”
