Why Nikki Tamboli wants to be in a Committed Relationship

Actress Nikki Tamboli has revealed that she wants to be in a committed relationship.

The Bigg Boss 14 star said she is not looking to date casually as she does not have the time.

She also said that she prioritises other responsibilities, such as caring for her parents, over non-serious relationships.

Since her brother Jatin’s death in May 2021, Nikki Tamboli has juggled her career and the responsibility of her parents.

Therefore, they are now her priority.

Speaking of this, Nikki Tamboli told ETimes:

“I am not up for casual dating or time pass relationships. I want to be in a committed relationship. But right now, I don’t have time.

“Right now, professionally I am doing good and it takes a lot of patience and energy to find a balance between personal and professional life, so I don’t want to focus on anything else.

“My parents are growing old and I have to look after them, they are my priority now.

“After my parents, work comes for me.

“I don’t think I can give someone else that priority right now.”

According to Nikki Tamboli, the only relationship she is in right now is one with her work.

Tamboli is due to appear in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11, which will air on Colors from Saturday, July 17, 2021.

Due to her busy schedule, Tamboli admitted that she plans her days in order to still be able to spend time with her parents.

Therefore, she is not sure that her current calendar will allow for a partner.

Speaking of spending time with her parents amid her hectic lifestyle, Nikki Tamboli said:

“I wake up early to be with them because I know after coming from the shoot or other work commitments, I can get tired and might sleep, so I make sure to get up early and spend time with them.

“I don’t have time to give it to someone else or ruin anyone’s life by getting into a relationship and then not giving time to that person.”

Nikki Tamboli is adamant that she is not actively looking for a relationship. However, rumours surrounding her dating life continue to circulate.

In May 2021, Tamboli responded to speculation that she and fellow Bigg Boss 14 contestant Jaan Kumar Sanu were dating.

She quickly dismissed the rumours and insisted that she and Sanu are just friends.
