Others trolled Urvashi, telling her to "keep away"

Urvashi Rautela was subjected to trolling as she posted a birthday message for Pakistani bowler Naseem Shah on his latest Instagram post.

Naseem, who is currently representing Quetta Gladiators in the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL), celebrated his 20th birthday on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.

Urvashi Rautela commented on the cricketer’s picture.

The model-turned-actress wished Naseem on his birthday and also congratulated him for being awarded an honorary DSP rank in the Balochistan Police.

Her comment read: “Happy Birthday Naseem Shah. Congratulations on being conferred with honorary DSP rank.”

The well-wishes were acknowledged by Naseem Shah as he replied: “Thank you.”

Many Twitter users urged Naseem to concentrate on his cricket.

Others trolled Urvashi, telling her to “keep away” from the cricketer.

This is not the first time that Urvashi has tried to attract Naseem’s attention.

In September 2022, during Pakistan’s win over India at the Asia Cup, Urvashi Rautela uploaded an edited video featuring alternating shots of her blushing and Naseem smiling.

Meanwhile, Atif Aslam’s ‘Koi Tujhko Na Mujhse Chura Le’ played in the background of the video.

This led to trolling, with many telling her to stay away.

Another person posted several pictures of an older girl running after a young boy to depict the situation. Urvashi is 28 years old while Naseem was 19 at the time.

Urvashi was previously associated with Rishabh Pant and during an interview, she said “Mr RP” waited for her for about ten hours in a hotel lobby before they met, and she felt awful for making him wait so long.

Urvashi shared the details in an interview with the media.

She said: “I was shooting in Varanasi and had a show in New Delhi.

“I was shooting full day and in the night I had to get ready for the show.

“Mr RP was waiting for me in the lobby. But I was so tired after the show that I slept off. I got several calls.”

When she was asked about Mr RP, she refrained from revealing the name but continued:

“When I woke up I saw about 16 to 17 missed calls.

“Out of respect, I felt bad that someone was waiting for me. I am not one of those girls who will let someone wait just because he is a guy.

“I always have respect for the other person. So, I decided to meet him in Mumbai because I couldn’t meet him there.
