According to his trainer, Tiger Shroff has an intense workout regime that sees him train for 12 hours each day.

The actor maintains a muscular physique and his trainer explained that Tiger trains hard to maintain his proficiency at everything he does.

This includes action, dance, martial arts, fitness, singing and acting.

Rajendra Dhole said that away from the film set, Tiger is working out, whether it be weight training, martial arts or gymnastics.

He said: “If he is not shooting, he is either lifting weights or doing kicks or his gymnastics.

“He basically spends 12 hours every day training for some set of skills or another whether its dance, kicks or weights and when on a shoot when there is no gym we focus on bodyweight training and the main focus is always diet on the go.”

Tiger Shroff often provides glimpses of his rigorous training sessions on social media.

He is regularly seen lifting weights or doing martial arts.

Tiger also shared his love for training by opening an MMA gym with his sister Krishna.

On December 1, 2018, he and his sister Krishna started an MMA accredited centre in Mumbai called ‘MMA Matrix’.

The actor’s passion for the sport inspired him to open up his own gym. In a statement, Tiger said:

“Krishna and I are equally passionate about MMA and have got together to have a training centre focused on MMA.”

Tiger’s love for MMA went to a whole new level as the gym was named the official training centre for the Indian MMA team.

Fighters training at MMA Matrix represent the country on international amateur platforms.

It was announced that it would be the new home for all MMA fighters across India.

MMA Matrix was also recognised as the first official fighters’ training centre for all AIMMAA (All India Mixed Martial Arts Association) licensed, amateur and professional martial artists in India.

AIMMAA aims to help train martial artists by providing world-class training and state of the art facilities.

A fighters programme with experienced coaches was also designed.

With multiple action films in the pipeline, Tiger Shroff looks to wow the audience with his action sequences and stunts.

He is set to star in the likes of Heropanti 2, Baaghi 4 and Ganapath.

Heropanti 2 is set to release on December 3, 2021, while his other two films are yet to have release dates.
