Tejasswi Prakash is reportedly set to make her way into Bollywood.

The Bigg Boss 15 winner has been the lead in Naagin 6 and now she might be seen on the big screen soon.

It has been reported that Tejasswi has auditioned for Dream Girl 2.

The first film starred Ayushmann Khurrana and was directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa. Ayushmann is reportedly set to reprise his role in the sequel.

A source told Hindustan Times: “Tejasswi was offered the next instalment of Ekta Kapoor’s Ragini MMS, however, she wasn’t keen on doing that, given its contentious genre.

“She is currently in talks for Dream Girl 2. She has auditioned for it, and the makers are yet to put a pin to it.

“However, she is most likely to bag the project.”

If Tejasswi successfully gets the role, it will be her Bollywood debut.

Meanwhile, Ekta Kapoor’s project begins filming in August 2022.

The source continued: “Initially it was supposed to go on floors in June, however, since the movie is being shot in North India, it gets messy amid the rains.

“The pre-production may begin from June.”

Tejasswi Prakash previously expressed her interest in films.

She said: “I’ve been happy with the professional growth, I can never be content.

“There’s still OTT and movies to explore. I want this graph to go up in the future.

“I’m young, I can explore, I can be choosy, I’m going to take my time and do the best. I have to make everyone proud of me.”

In addition to potentially making her Bollywood debut, Tejasswi is reportedly in talks to host the second season of Bigg Boss OTT alongside her boyfriend Karan Kundrra.

The makers have begun preparing for the show and have started contacting stars.

There had been reports that Karan Johar would return to host the second season but due to other commitments, that will not be the case.

The makers had reportedly approached Asim Riaz and Shehnaaz Gill to host the show.

But reports that Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash will host the show have come to light. Despite the rumours, there has not been any confirmation as of yet.
