"It’s been more than a month since they broke up."
It has been reported that Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash have broken up after three years together.
There are claims that the couple broke up in May 2024 after dealing with “minor fights” for some time.
A source close to Karan and Tejasswi told News18:
“Karan and Tejasswi are not dating each other any longer.
“It’s been more than a month since they broke up.
“Even though the reason for their breakup isn’t known, all I know is that they have been getting into minor fights with each other for quite some time now.”
Another source said they will continue to make public appearances together because it might not be easy for their fans to accept the news.
The source claimed: “They were a power couple for the last three years, and therefore, it might not be easy for their fans to accept this heartbreaking news so suddenly.
“They are not going to announce their breakup anytime soon.”
Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash began dating after meeting on Bigg Boss 15.
The pair have not commented on the report but it is not the first time that they have faced breakup rumours.
In March 2023, Karan shared a cryptic tweet that fans thought was an indirect jibe at Tejasswi.
His tweet read: “Na teri shaan kam hoti…
“Na rutba ghata hota…
“Jo ghamand mein kaha…
“Wahi hass ke kaha hota…”
Karan Kundrra later broke his silence on the matter, stating that he might share poetry that he likes. But he urged his fans that they should not link them to his personal life.
He said: “If I write any poetic message, it is because I want to share it. I listened to it on the radio and wrote it.
“This has no relation to Teju (Tejasswi). Why will there be? She is my girlfriend. I will not write even for my ex.”
Karan had previously discussed what he admired about Tejasswi.
He said: “When she has to play the part of being that woman for me, she does it, which obviously, fans don’t see.
“She has that child in her and she has that very strong woman who’s supportive and full of substance. I love that.”
On what he found challenging, he revealed:
“What I hate about her is that she can be very politically incorrect at times and she doesn’t care.
“She won’t see who it is and what the situation is, she will speak. I am not telling her to accept it, but just stay quiet. But I don’t wish to change anything about her.”
