Shreya Ghoshal has revealed that her X account has been compromised since February 13, 2025.

The singer took to Instagram to break the news.

Unable to access or delete the account, she cautioned her fans against engaging with any posts or messages originating from it.

Shreya urged everyone to be careful, warning that hackers might use her compromised account for scams or phishing attempts.

The singer warned: “Please don’t click on any link or believe any message written from that account. They are all spams and phishing links.”

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Shreya expressed frustration over receiving only automated responses from the X support team.

She criticised the lack of direct assistance, saying that her efforts to recover her account had gone unanswered.

Shreya wrote: “I have tried everything in my capacity to reach out to the X team.

“But there has been no response beyond a few auto-generated responses.

“I am unable to even delete my account since I can’t log in any more.”

Fans were already suspicious of unusual activity on her X profile.

Many noticed that posts would quickly appear and disappear, while some found themselves blocked after engaging with the account.

As cyber threats continue to rise, celebrities remain prime targets for hackers aiming to exploit their social media presence.

Shreya Ghoshal’s case highlights the growing issue of online security breaches, which often leave victims with little control over their accounts.

In her statement, the singer reassured her fans that once she regains access, she will make an official announcement via a video.

Until then, she urges everyone to avoid interacting with any content linked to her hacked account.

Social media users are calling for better response mechanisms from platforms like X.

Many are now questioning why tech giants struggle to swiftly resolve such issues.

For now, Shreya Ghoshal remains locked out of her account, while her followers keep a close watch for updates.
