Sheheryar revealed that his father had only been suffering from pneumonia.

Shafqat Cheema had been briefly hospitalised at Lahore’s Shalimar Hospital but has since been discharged and is recovering well at home.

His son stated: “Alhamdulillah, he is feeling well and is home now.”

Amidst the confusion, Yasir Hussain also stepped in to clarify the misinformation.

In an Instagram Story, he revealed that he had spoken directly with Sheheryar.

The actor reassured the fans that Shafqat Cheema’s condition was not as dire as suggested by the misleading reports.
