7 Dogs has claimed two Guinness World Records.

Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt are set to appear together in a massive international action thriller, titled 7 Dogs.

The film is already generating enormous buzz ahead of its release across multiple countries.

Indian audiences will get to watch it in cinemas from May 28, 2026, just ahead of the Eid-ul-Azha celebrations.

The film is backed by Saudi Arabia and has been mounted on a staggering budget of nearly 40 million dollars.

According to GQ Middle East, this makes it one of the most expensive Arab-language productions ever attempted.

7 Dogs is directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, the acclaimed duo behind the Bad Boys franchise.

The pair also earned global recognition for their work on the Marvel series Ms. Marvel in recent years.

At the centre of the story are Egyptian stars Ahmed Ezz and Karim Abdel Aziz playing two vastly different men.

Ahmed Ezz portrays an Interpol officer while Karim Abdel Aziz steps into the role of a feared and notorious crime boss.

Their worlds collide after the emergence of a dangerous weaponised narcotic that begins threatening stability across the entire Middle East.

The film is expected to blend espionage, crime thriller storytelling and large-scale action across multiple international locations throughout.

Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt appear in the film in special appearances that have already sent the internet into a frenzy.

Even brief promotional glimpses of the two stars together have gone massively viral, particularly among excited Indian audiences everywhere.

Monica Bellucci’s involvement has further deepened curiosity around 7 Dogs, giving the project a genuine global crossover appeal.

Much of the film was shot at Riyadh’s Al-Hosn Big Time Studios, a major production facility located in Saudi Arabia.

Unlike most modern action films, the makers reportedly relied heavily on practical filmmaking rather than computer-generated visual effects.

Real explosions, live stunt work and massive physical sets were all reportedly used extensively throughout the production process.

And one of those explosions has now officially entered the record books in a truly extraordinary and jaw-dropping fashion.

7 Dogs has claimed two Guinness World Records for pulling off the biggest explosion sequence ever captured in cinema history.

The records were previously held by the James Bond productions Spectre and No Time to Die before being shattered.

IMAX previews for 7 Dogs are scheduled across May 19 and May 20, 2026, ahead of the full theatrical rollout worldwide.

The film will release across Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the wider Middle East region a day later on May 27, 2026.

India follows immediately with a May 28 release date, while Turkey is currently scheduled to receive the film on June 25, 2026.

More international release dates are expected to be announced in the coming weeks as the global rollout continues expanding.
