Bollywood actor Salman Khan has requested his fan following to support Sushant Singh Rajput’s fans after facing major backlash.

The untimely death of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has revealed many dark secrets of Bollywood and has prompted the criticism of the “Bollywood Privilege Club.”

After his death, it was disclosed Sushant faced an incredibly tough time in the film industry.

He was neglected by many people in Bollywood, lost numerous films because he was an “outsider” and much more.

One popular debate which has also been in the headlines recently is concerning nepotism in Bollywood.

In particular stars like Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt just to name a few have been condemned for their alleged contribution in the actor’s demise.

As a result of this, they have lost many followers on social media as Sushant’s fans are raging against them.

In fact, filmmaker Karan Johar unfollowed many celebrities in Bollywood with the exception of eight accounts, four of which are Dharma Production accounts.

On Sunday, 21 June 2020, Salman Khan posted a tweet asking his fan following to stand with Sushant’s fans in this difficult time. He wrote:

“A request to all my fans to stand with Sushant’s fans n not to go by the language n the curses used but to go with the emotion behind it.

“Pls support n stand by his family n fans as the loss of a loved one is extremely painful.”

Salman’s tweet has led to a backlash on the popular social media site with many users calling out the actor.

Yamini Rahure condemned Salman Khan saying:

“#BeingHumanSalmanKhan yeh kabhi Human ho ni skta .. Janwar hai yeah aadmi.”

A second user wrote: “Just like ISIS takes responsibility after terror attacks, Salman has done the same.”

Another user slammed the star saying: “Offscreen acting achi kar lete ho bhai.”

Vivek Paswan criticised Salman for his post revealing he is forever Sushant’s fan. He said:

“Kya overconfident ha iss bande me. Bhai sahab to whome you are considering as your “Fan” is your Big mistake, now we are with @itsSSR.

“And I am very proud to say that now I am his Fan forever. I know now you are planning for donate some Rs for overshadow your crime.”

Dr_Mountain_Gypsy panned Salman by bringing up previous cases against the star. She wrote:

“After molesting women, beating them, killing innocent ppl on roads, poaching black bucks n what nt … nw u pretend to be human?
