A video of Salman Khan confronting photographers outside Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai has gone massively viral online.

The clip shows the actor visibly upset after a group of paparazzi followed him to the hospital.

According to details shared alongside the video, photographers had first clicked Salman’s pictures at a traffic signal nearby.

They then reportedly followed his vehicle all the way to the hospital, waiting for him as he exited the building.

As Salman stepped out, the photographers began shouting to get his attention, including repeatedly calling out “bhai bhai” in his direction.

He was seen in the videos admonishing the photographers and asking them firmly to maintain silence near the hospital premises.

Salman then asked them pointedly how they would behave if someone from their own family was inside the hospital.

The photographers were subsequently heard on camera offering apologies to the visibly distressed actor.

The confrontation did not end there as Salman later took to Instagram with a series of fiery and deeply emotional posts.

The posts were shared at around 2 am and expressed raw anger over what he called deeply insensitive paparazzi conduct.

He made clear that while he has always stood by and supported the media, there are firm limits to what he will tolerate. He wrote:

“If I see any press at a hospital enjoying my pain. The press that I have stood for interacted with taken care made sure that they also earn their bread n butter.”

In a follow-up post, he continued his sharp and unfiltered criticism of photographers who prioritise clicks over human dignity.

“But if they wanna make money from my losses. Keep quiet, don’t enjoy.”

He added pointedly: “Pics more important than life.”

Salman made clear in another post that he would not hesitate to respond firmly if the behaviour continued in future.

“In such a situation, I will go to any extent and won’t hesitate to take strong action.”

“Next time, try this with me over someone’s pain or suffering. Just try it.”

“When someone from your own family is in the hospital, will I react the same way?”

Perhaps the most striking line came in a separate post where Salman addressed his age and his resolve simultaneously.

“I’m 60-years-old, but I haven’t forgotten how to fight – remember that. Even if you put me in jail.”

Many fans and fellow industry members rallied behind Salman Khan, expressing solidarity with his emotional and justified response to the paparazzi.
