"It’s going to be pure Nora vibes, you don’t want to miss it!”
Nora Fatehi has been announced as the headline act for BBC Asian Network’s flagship live music event, Asian Network Certified 2024.
The event will take place at London’s Electric Ballroom on November 8 from 7 pm – 11:30 pm.
The lineup for the popular club night was announced on Nikita Kanda’s Asian Network Breakfast on September 26.
It will include performances from Asian Network DJs and special guests including Nora Fatehi, who will be making her UK performance debut.
Nora said: “I can’t wait to perform at BBC Asian Network Certified on 8th November.
“It’s going to be lit, we’re going to have my music, I’m going to be performing live, singing, dancing and I’m going to be sharing new music with you guys, so I’m looking forward to it.
“It’s going to be pure Nora vibes, you don’t want to miss it!”
As well as Nora, other performers include Canadian-born Raghav, who soared to fame in 2004 with his debut album Storyteller.
The MOBO Award winner’s track ‘Teri Baaton’ experienced renewed success when it was reworked and featured in the Bollywood film Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya.
AJD, who was the first Punjabi DJ to play on the mainstage at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in 2024, will perform at Asian Network Certified.
East London DJ Lyan’s hit song ‘Desi Trill’, featuring Malkit Singh and Chip, is part of the EA FC 25 soundtrack.
He was also announced for the event.

Hosted by Nikita Kanda and Haroon Rashid, audiences can expect lots of surprises on the night as well as an evening of live music, dance performances and DJ sets.
From Bollywood and Bhangra to Garage, the best of Asian music will be brought to the stage.

Available to those over 18, tickets go on sale on September 27 at 9 am.

Those without tickets can hear the event live on BBC Asian Network from 8 pm – 11:30 pm on November 8.
Asian Network DJs will also be bringing listeners closer to the event build-up, broadcasting the backstage excitement live from the venue on BBC Asian Network from 5pm.
