Mahira Khan took a trip down memory lane as she marked 12 years of Humsafar.
She marked the anniversary by sharing a behind-the-scenes picture from her upcoming film Neelofar, which also stars her Humsafar co-star Fawad Khan.
Mahira captioned the post: “Today, 12 years of Humsafar, also 12 years of all of you celebrating us.
“Always grateful for your love and patience.
“Love you guys so very much. Alhamdulillah for all of you. For all of you today, a sneak peek into the world of Neelofar.”
The post was met with a lot of love and many referred to Mahira and Fawad’s characters in Humsafar to express their love for the pair.

Since the release of Humsafar, Mahira found herself the receiver of immense success for her portrayal of a simple girl who marries her cousin after her mother’s death.
The story progresses as she attempts to make a place in her husband’s heart whilst dealing with the ups and downs life throws at her.
The drama proved popular with viewers, who were impressed with the storyline, emotions and above all, the chemistry between Khirad and Ashar.
Their pairing was said to be perfect for the serial and their fans expressed a wish to see them work together in more projects.
They were recently seen in the hugely successful movie The Legend of Maula Jatt.
Humsafar also starred Hina Bayat, Atiqa Odho, Naveen Waqar and Noor Hassan.
The iconic duo are set to share screen space once again in Neelofar, which also stars an ensemble cast of Madiha Imam, Faisal Qureshi, Atiqa Odho, Gohar Rasheed and Behroze Sabzwari.
Neelofar is written and directed by Ammar Rasool, and co-produced by Hassan Khalid, Fawad Khan, Qasim Mahmood and Usaf Shariq.
It follows the story of a blind girl, played by Mahira Khan.
Mahira has garnered much popularity with her acting skills and was recognised for her character Shanno in the drama serial Sadqay Tumhare.
She has also worked in dramas such as Neeyat, Shehr-e-Zaat and Manto.
Mahira Khan also worked in Bollywood, starring opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Raees.
She has worked with the likes of Humayun Saeed, Armeena Rana Khan, Mikaal Zulfikar and Mohib Mirza.
