"It was a gang of 15 to 20."
Masked gangs have reportedly been targeting Indian businesses in Wembley, with shops and restaurants vandalised.
According to the Times of India, the incidents appear to be organised and may have targeted specific shops.
The attacks come shortly after a separate clash in Harrow, where a group reportedly attacked people celebrating Holi.
One of the worst-hit businesses was Manek Chowk, an Indian restaurant on Ealing Road. It was attacked twice within days, first on March 5 and again on March 7.
A group of masked men allegedly entered the restaurant and caused chaos.

A shop owner told Times of India: “It started in Traders Wembley last Wednesday. Three men from Daman and Diu were beaten up in the toilets and left bleeding.
“It was a Somalian gang of young boys.
“Next, they targeted Manek Chowk. It was a gang of 15 to 20. They came from the mosque area and attacked the restaurant and 10 or 12 youths got off the bus and joined them and started smashing the restaurant.
“They didn’t speak with anyone. They just started throwing tables and chairs.
“They attacked the tills and broke the lights. An Indian man who tried to intervene was hit with a bottle.
“It keeps happening after 8 pm and is totally unprovoked.”
Another alleged incident involved a group outside Panesar Food and Wine on Harrow Road in Wembley.
They reportedly pulled fruit and vegetable boxes from outside the shop, throwing them onto the ground and stamping on them.
According to the report, some people have speculated that the gang may be getting paid to carry out these acts.
In both reported incidents, locals said the attackers had already fled by the time police arrived.
The UK’s law enforcement mechanisms continue to break new grounds of outdoing their own record of being an absolute catastrophic failure.

In response to the report, Brent Council said:
“Any violent or targeted intimidation of local businesses is utterly unacceptable and will not be tolerated in Brent.”
“Our thoughts are with those affected by these deeply disturbing incidents, particularly business owners and staff who should be able to work without fear.
“The council is working hand in glove with the Metropolitan Police and local partners to share intelligence, support those affected and help ensure that those responsible are brought to justice.
“Brent’s strength is its diversity, and we will not allow a small number of violent individuals to undermine community cohesion. We encourage anyone with information or footage to come forward to the police without delay.
“We have seen some speculation online about the motives of the perpetrators, and we’d encourage everyone to avoid amplifying or adding to it.
“The police are working to establish the facts and will share further confirmed information as soon as it is available.
“As a community, let’s give the police the space they need to do their job and wait for verified information from official sources.”
