Imran Khan has sent fans into a frenzy after he seemingly teased a Bollywood comeback.

It came when veteran actress Zeenat Aman posted her advert for a fintech company.

One fan commented on the post, stating that since Zeenat Aman had made a comeback, Imran Khan should do the same.

The comment read: “Zeenat jee has made a comeback, I don’t know when Imran Khan will come back too.”

Imran was seemingly open to a comeback, replying:

“Chalo Aditi, let’s leave this to the internet. 1 million likes, and I’ll make it happen.”

The response was immense and fans flocked to comment their support for his supposed return.

One fan wrote: “Get this man 1M likes right f*****g now!”

Another wrote: “I left watching Bollywood movies when you left Bollywood!”

Another comment read: “Bro if this happens, your name is going down in history!”

Imran Khan, who is the nephew of Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, was last seen on the big screen in the 2015 movie Katti Batti.

He started his career as a child artist in films such as Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak and Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar.

Imran then went on to make his lead debut in the 2008 romantic comedy Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na, which co-starred Genelia D’Souza, the wife of fellow actor Riteish Deshmukh.

The film’s success made Imran an overnight sensation and resulted in a lot of female attention.

He has since starred in movies such as I Hate Luv Storys, Break Ke Baad, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan and Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola.

Earlier in 2023, Imran Khan’s sister Zayn Khan spoke of him on Instagram when she hosted a Q&A session with her fans.

She was asked what her brother was doing currently, to which she replied that her brother was happy and fulfilling his role as a parent.

Zayn replied: “He is being a father and he is being himself and I think he is really happy, and when people pull back asking for space, we should give them that.”

Imran married his childhood sweetheart Avantika Malik in 2011, and the pair became parents to their daughter Imara in 2014.

Unfortunately, the love story hit a rocky road, and the pair separated in 2019 due to irreconcilable differences.

Sana is from a law background who's pursuing her love of writing. She likes reading, music, cooking and making her own jam. Her motto is: "Taking the second step is always less scarier than taking the first."
