New pictures of Hrithik Roshan’s body double Mansoor Ali Khan is reminding social media users of the late Sushant Singh Rajput.

Mansoor shared a picture of himself with Hrithik from the set of Vikram Vedha.

The picture went viral and many social media users said Mansoor looked a lot like Sushant Singh Rajput, who tragically passed away in June 2020.

One user wrote: “He looks like Sushant Singh Rajput.”

Another pointed out that Mansoor is coincidentally the name of the character Sushant played in Kedarnath.

“The fact that he looks like SSR, also his name is Mansoor, Sushant’s character’s name from Kedarnath!”

A third asked: “Who is that guy who exactly looks like Sushant?”

The sudden attention has left Mansoor amused, saying:

“Earlier once or twice, my picture had gone viral, but never at this level.”

Mansoor has worked as Hrithik’s body double on a number of occasions but his first film was with Salman Khan in Wanted.

He recalled: “Wanted, starring Salman Khan. I was a stuntman in the film. Then I did Ek Tha Tiger too.

“But my first film with Hrithik sir as a double was Agneepath. I went on to do Kaabil, Bang Bang!, Super 30, War, and Vikram Vedha recently.”

Speaking about his resemblance to Sushant, Mansoor revealed that he and SSR trained in the same martial arts class.

He said: “Actually Sushant and I used to train with the same martial arts teacher in 2009, he’s no more now.

“We would meet often in class, say a simple hello. He wasn’t doing television then.

“People would tell me even then ‘you both look alike, same height, physique, personality.”

Mansoor explained that his career progression was due to Hrithik liking his work.

He said:

“He was a big superstar, me and my family all were his fans. I am still a fan, but he is my fan now!

“I have been a stunt double for other actors too, but when I met Hrithik, he didn’t even make me feel that I was with such a big superstar.

“He would say hello and give me a hug. Then we shot normally.

“Then he told me, ‘we will work together more’. He didn’t say this just because I look the way I do… he is a kind person. He is caring and appreciates me.”
