"Huge respect for her."

Singer Hadiqa Kiani is once again stepping up for humanity, actively working on the ground in flood-hit areas of Punjab.

During a recent visit to Kasur district, she provided first aid, distributed supplies, and highlighted the plight of displaced families.

In a reel posted to Instagram, she appealed for urgent donations, stressing that survivors required food, clothes, bedding and medicine immediately.

She added that as winter approaches, flood victims will also need jackets and blankets to survive the harsh weather conditions.

Kiani further called upon medical professionals, particularly doctors, to set up camps in Kasur where malaria and other diseases are spreading.

She revealed that the floods had not only displaced people but also devastated their livelihoods, with cattle either swept away or falling sick.

The remaining livestock, she explained, required fodder, medicines and veterinary assistance to prevent families from losing their last sources of survival.

To streamline donations, her team has established collection points in Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura and Nankana Sahib, including Lahore’s Dolmen Mall.

Donors unable to visit these spots in person have been encouraged to contribute through bank transfers to the Army Relief Fund.

On social media, fans praised her efforts, applauding her for purchasing supplies herself rather than delegating tasks to household staff or volunteers.

One admirer commented: “You are an amazing singer, but I followed you for your humanity, not your voice.”

Another praised her character, writing: “Huge respect for her. May Allah always bless her for standing with the helpless.”

A supporter added: “This is so inspiring.

“She could have asked anyone else, but she chose to step out personally.”

Hadiqa Kiani’s work this year mirrors her 2022 Vaseela-e-Raah campaign, which built houses, schools, and clinics in flood-struck Balochistan villages.

That earlier initiative not only offered emergency aid but also created sustainable solutions by rebuilding communities and providing lasting infrastructure.

The floods across India and Pakistan have seen thousands of villages submerged in water.

Over four million people in Punjab have been affected, while floodwaters are expected to reach Sindh, already suffering from relentless rainfall.

Hadiqa Kiani continues to combine her artistry with powerful humanitarian activism.

Her presence in devastated regions is being seen as a reminder that celebrities can lead by example during moments of national crisis.
