  • Mix 1 tbsp. of honey with 2 tbsps. of finely ground almond and ½ tsp of lemon juice.
  • Apply this scrub gently onto the face and wash with warm water.

Method 2:

  • Take 3 tbsps. of honey and mix with ½ tsp sea salt or sugar.
  • Massage into your face applying a generous amount and wash off with warm water.

  • Mix 1 tbsp. of honey with 1 tbsp. of milk, 1 tbsp. of turmeric powder and ½ tbsp. of lemon.

  • Mix 1 tsp of honey and a pinch of cinnamon powder in tea.
  • Drink twice a day to reduce the level of bad cholesterol in the body.

  • Mix 2 tsp of honey, 2 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice and a pinch of cinnamon powder in lukewarm water.
  • Drink regularly before breakfast and before bed time after few hours from dinner. This helps to burn the body fat as it accumulates in the body.
