ZEE5 Global has announced the premiere of its latest original Hindi series Janaawar – The Beast Within, a powerful crime thriller starring Bhuvan Arora.
The show transports viewers to the fictional rural town of Chhand, where traditional hierarchies collide with rising crime, corruption, and deeply rooted caste divisions.
At the centre of the story is Sub-Inspector Hemant Kumar, played by Bhuvan Arora, who marks his debut as a police inspector in this gripping role.
Hemant is a relentless officer from a marginalised tribal caste whose life changes after chilling events involving a headless corpse, missing gold, and a vanished man.
His investigation leads him into a dangerous web of greed, betrayal, and systemic bias, while forcing him to confront inner demons and personal struggles.
Produced by Aarambh Entertainment Pvt. Ltd and directed by Shachindra Vats, the series goes beyond suspense, tackling themes of dignity, identity, and resilience.
