“Wishing you health and happiness"

Zara Noor Abbas has shared the news of her pregnancy with her fans on Instagram.

Sharing a photograph on her social media dressed in a white outfit looking extremely happy, Zara captioned the image:

“Round 2 In’Sha’Allah.”

The news comes one year after Zara tragically gave birth to a stillborn son named Aurangzeb who she lost six months into her pregnancy.

Zara’s announcement was met with positive comments from her fans and many wished her a safe pregnancy.

One fan commented: “Masha’Allah so happy for you.

“May Allah make this pregnancy a breeze for you and bless you with a healthy child Ameen.”

Another added: “Wishing you health and happiness as you begin this new adventure.”

Zara Noor Abbas married Asad Siddiqui in 2017 and the pair often treat their fans with glimpses into their adventures, be it holidays or simply family life.

After the loss of their son in 2021, Asad spoke of the impact it had had on both himself and Zara.

Asad stated: “It was not just a miscarriage, it was a stillbirth.

“She [Zara] delivered a five to six-month-old baby that I buried myself. It was a hard time we had to go through. His name was Aurangzeb.

“Miscarriage affects men, but it’s stronger for women because they have a life inside them.”

“They undergo bodily and hormonal changes. They have a connection that has already been established.”

Zara had also spoken of the stillbirth on a podcast where she admitted that she blamed herself.

She said: “I did blame myself a point. I thought maybe I didn’t eat right, maybe I didn’t make myself strong enough, maybe I should have lost more weight before conceiving, become thinner.

“Maybe I should have had an intake of vitamins or taken folic acid. But all of that is a maybe.

“God gives a child to even those who are physically stable. He gives to those He wants to give and takes from those He wants to take from.”

Zara comes from a well-known family of actors. Her mother is Asma Abbas and her maternal aunt is the legendary Bushra Ansari while Asad Siddiqui is the nephew of the veteran actor Adnan Siddiqui.

Zara is most known for her role as Arsala in Khamoshi. She made her film debut in the 2019 rom-com Chhalawa.

Sana is from a law background who's pursuing her love of writing. She likes reading, music, cooking and making her own jam. Her motto is: "Taking the second step is always less scarier than taking the first."
