Archana Gautam has unfollowed Priyanka Chahar Choudhary on social media, indicating that their friendship has soured.
On Bigg Boss 16, their friendship was one of the highlights of the series.
From supporting each other during arguments to standing up for each other, Archana and Priyanka displayed true friendship in spite of the challenging nature of the show.
Even after they exited the show, the pair were often seen attending events together.
Archana also attended Priyanka’s birthday party.
However, it seems things are not good between the pair after Priyanka did not attend Archana’s birthday celebrations.
Archana threw a birthday bash, which was attended by close friends.
For the occasion, she wore a vibrant pink dress and according to reports, Archana had a wonderful time celebrating.
Many of her friends celebrated her birthday while those who could not make it sent heartfelt messages and gifts.
However, Priyanka did not attend the party.
She also reportedly did not explain why she could not attend, which hurt Archana even more than the no-show.
Archana’s friends stated that she has always been there to celebrate Priyanka’s achievements and milestones.
She even travelled a long way to attend Priyanka’s birthday party.
The friends added that Archana has not received the same level of affection from Priyanka in return.
This has left Archana deeply hurt, prompting her to allegedly end her friendship with Priyanka.
Archana Gautam has also unfollowed Priyanka on Instagram in an effort to move on from this situation.
She said:
“I am very upset and hurt right now. I don’t want to say anything about it.”
Although this revelation is sudden, it is not the first time that a Bigg Boss friendship has ended.
Abdu Rozik and MC Stan shared an unbreakable bond on Bigg Boss 16 but after the show ended, Abdu tried to reach out to the singer, only to never receive a response.
Shehnaaz Gill and Rashami Desai also cut ties, having been close on Bigg Boss 13.
They were good friends, however, there were reports that the late Sidharth Shukla did not like Shehnaaz talking to Rashami.
Prior to Bigg Boss 13, Rashami had been in a relationship with Sidharth but they split up on bad terms.
Shehnaaz’s close bond with Sidharth reportedly resulted in her no longer speaking to Rashami.
Eyebrows were raised during Baba Siddique’s Iftar party in April 2023.
In a viral video, Shehnaaz was seen entering the venue, smiling and greeting security staff and fellow guests.
On the other hand, Rashami was seen with a stern look on her face and as Shehnaaz made her way towards her, Rashami looked down at her phone and walked off.
Shehnaaz did not seem to notice Rashami had been there and continued on her way, posing for pictures on the red carpet.
