"I can write the same thing in my blood."
Sonakshi Sinha revealed a crazy incident when a fan proposed to her in her dressing room after coming out of the bathroom.
The actress spoke about the incident whilst on The Khatra Khatra Show as a guest.
A promotional video showed a reconstruction of the encounter, but with more extremities, highlighting the desperate measures some fans will go to.
Sonakshi had been in her dressing room on her phone when a fan came out of the bathroom, saying:
“Ma’am, I am a huge fan.”
A surprised Sonakshi asked how did he get in and the fan explains that he has been there since last night.
The man then reveals that he had Sonakshi’s name tattooed onto his forearm.
The reconstruction then shows the fan sitting down and saying:
“I just want to say one thing. Please marry me, ma’am.”
Sonakshi smiles but things began to take a dark turn as the man frantically writes ‘I love you Sona’ with lipstick on the mirror before saying:
“I can write the same thing in my blood.”
In the video, Sonakshi looks visibly worried and rejects him.
She continues to reject the man’s proposal as he knocks over some of the items in the room.
Sonakshi expresses fear when the fan pulls out a knife and tells her:
“If you do not marry me, I will slit my throat.”

The promotional video emphasised what some fans will do to be near their favourite celebrities.
The Khatra Khatra Show is India’s first interactive game show and is hosted by Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa.
On the show, Sonakshi Sinha was also seen screaming as she sat on a rotating chair.
Filmmaker Farah Khan appeared as a special host and she was seen making fun of Haarsh Limbachiyaa.
She said: “Looks like Haarsh enjoys getting beaten by girls.”
Pointing at Sonakshi, Farah jokingly added:
“Sona has beaten Haarsh, Sana, Vishal and Nishant more than she must’ve beaten people in movies.”
The episode also saw Rubina Dilaik, Vishal Singh, Sana Saeed and Nishant Bhat as guests.
On the work front, Sonakshi Sinha will next be seen in the film Double XL with Huma Qureshi. She will also star in Kakuda.
