Salman and Shahrukh Khan’s friendship dates back decades. And now it has reached to new levels after SRK gifted Salman Khan with a luxury car!
While details of the car have yet to be revealed, it highlights the duo’s famous bromance.
‘King Khan’ gifted Salman with the luxury car as an amazing way to express his thanks to his ‘Bhaijaan’ for his agreement to feature in Anand L Rai’s upcoming film.
B-Town’s ‘Chulbul Pandey’ aka Salman Khan had mentioned earlier that he isn’t keen on doing cameos in films any longer. However, he made an exception for Bollywood’s ‘Badshah’ Shahrukh Khan.
Salman has shot scenes for a song recently as a part of Anand L Rai’s upcoming film. In which Shahrukh will reportedly play the role of a dwarf.
Taking time out of busy schedule, SRK decided to express his gratitude with a luxury car.
A source told media outlets:
“When Salman Khan came to shoot for the song, Shah Rukh surprised him by gifting him a brand new, luxurious car. The car is newly launched and no one owns this mean machine currently. Salman was shocked as he wasn’t expecting this at all.
“But because he had managed his dates and agreed to shoot for the song on such a short notice, SRK wanted to gift him something to show his love and appreciation.”
Reports from the set suggest that the two filmed for the number, choreographed by Remo D’Souza, and were present on location till the wee hours.
No doubts the two actors have had quite a few differences in the past. But as of today, both have successfully gotten over their highly publicised fights. Now, they have managed to strengthen their bond like never before.
Mutual respect, combined with admiration for each other and brotherhood, defines their longstanding friendship, which seems more like a brotherhood to many. Thanks to the fabulous equation they share.
All of us are aware that ‘Sallu’ is not somebody who is a show-off when it comes to his wealthy possessions.
However, this car for sure, will not be just another addition to Salman’s collection of grand vehicles. But will definitely become very important to him, considering that none other than SRK bought it. His best friend-turned-foe-turned-BFF.
Notably, an interviewer quizzed Salman about SRK’s special appearance in his recent release Tubelight. He said:
“When I called him and I told him that there is a small role in Tubelight which I would like you to do it, before completing my sentence, Shahrukh said, ‘I will do it’. That’s how he made his entry into the movie.”
Both mighty Khans continue to give other Bollywood actors friendship goals. And we hope the dashing duo continue to delight moviegoers by starring in more films together in the future.
