“Would she do this prank with Kareena Kapoor?"

Sara Ali Khan recently irked netizens after a prank video of hers went viral.

The video starts with Sara and her spot girl Jharu, posing for a photo in front of a swimming pool.

Suddenly, Sara pushes Jharu into the pool and starts laughing, following which, she also joins Jharu in the pool.

Sara Ali Khan posted the video on February 3, 2022, when a fan asked the actress about her best prank during an Instagram Q&A session.

Alongside the video, Sara wrote: “That’s Jharu, my spot girl.”

The video was later shared and distributed on social media by her fan pages.

Touted to be ‘funny’, the prank video backfired and netizens called out Sara for her ‘elitist behaviour’.

One user wrote: “How is this a prank and not seen as harassment?

“Specifically done by a person in the position of power, so wrong!”

Another added: “Would she do this prank with Kareena Kapoor?

“Nope but she did it with a helper. Class-bias. The way these celebrities think everything they do is just cool is so annoying.”

A third commented: “Wow, look at this elitist behaviour.

“Treating her staff like toys. They are not there for your entertainment.”

Sharing a personal experience, another user wrote: “This is very wrong what Sara did.

“I met with an accident. I fell into a pool and had multiple fractures in my spine.

“Though there was water in the pool so that I hope the lady is safe.”

Sara is Saif Ali Khan and his first wife Amrita Singh’s eldest child.

She was last seen in Aanand L Rai’s Atrangi Re, alongside Dhanush and Akshay Kumar.

Talking about the film, Sara said: “I started shooting for Atrangi just a week or 10 days after Love Aaj Kal was declared a flop.

“I think how you deal with your failure immediately is very important.”

“This film matters to me the most because I get to play Aanand L Rai’s leading heroine and I know now after having watched the film, having done his film, and having done other films what the value and what the importance of this film in my life is.

“I also know that Aanand on a personal level uplifted me and gave me love and confidence at a time that I lost it for myself.”

Sara also recently wrapped up the Indore schedule for her next film, which is Laxman Utekar’s directorial The Immortal Ashwatthama.

The film also stars Vicky Kaushal and is said to be the sequel to the Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon-starrer 2019 film Luka Chuppi but this is yet to be confirmed.
