"If Sara Ali Khan was in Squid Game?"
Sara Ali Khan seemingly poked fun at herself as she showed how she would do in Squid Game.
The actress posted a video on Instagram and was joined by social media influencer Kusha Kapila. The pair recreated their own version of Squid Game‘s well-known ‘Red Light Green Light’.
‘Red Light Green Light’ is a game where one person commands those participating to run (green light) and stand still (red light). Those who are moving when red light is said are eliminated.
The game is also seen in the first episode of the popular Netflix show but those who are eliminated are killed.
Sara Ali Khan and Kusha Kapila enact their version of the game in a video, captioned:
“If Sara Ali Khan was in Squid Game?
“Her greeting style would be the same.”
In the video, the pair are seen playing before coming to a halt when “red light” is said.
Kusha then mimics the paparazzi, asking Sara to interact.
Meanwhile, Sara tries her hardest to stay still to avoid being eliminated.
However, she soon gives in and greets Kusha with folded hands and a bow, poking fun at her own greeting style as she is known to greet paparazzi in the same way.
Her movement result in her being eliminated.

The Instagram video amassed more than 300,000 likes and netizens loved Sara’s comedic post, with many posting laughing face emojis.

A third commented: “Your best post.”
Squid Game has achieved global success ever since it was released in September 2021.
The Korean drama sees 456 cash-strapped people participate in traditional children’s games with a deadly twist as those who lose are brutally killed.
The winner walks away with a huge cash prize.
Squid Game has also received a lot of attention in India, mainly due to Indian actor Anupam Tripathi.
Anupam, who plays Pakistani migrant Ali Abdul, had featured in other Korean dramas but following his overnight stardom, he expressed his desire to act in India.
He had said: “I’ve done theatre only in India, but I want to see and explore how I will do in my own language.
“I would love to express myself there.
“That is my ultimate dream – to perform in front of my own home and own audience.”
However, his role was criticised by Ahmed Ali Butt, who questioned why an Indian actor was cast in a Pakistani role.
Meanwhile, Sara Ali Khan was last seen in the Coolie No. 1 remake alongside Varun Dhawan in 2020.
Her next film is Atrangi Re which is directed by Aanand L Rai and also stars Akshay Kumar.
